| Stormy is a full sister to Smidge from a previous litter. She has raised 2 litters of pups and the three I worked with showed exceptional, natural ability. Like Smidge, Stormy has an exceptional mouth for a female. She is a bawl mouth track and tree dog, but her locate is very easy to distinguish from her track and tree mouth. She makes a habit of treeing coons behind other dogs, and is a lay-up dog deluxe. I expect her third litter of pups to have good mouths, looks and brains to spare. Stormy was bred to a Platinum Champion and Dual Grand Champion(4) Backwater Devil Anse, owned by Stephen Dunn of Benton, Arkansas. Anse has sired multiple outstanding dogs from different females. Little Anse owned by Mike Grant, Backwater Cap owned by Clayton Sauceda, and Backwater Cane owned by George Menzies are three great examples of Anse's reproducing abilitly. | Anse was raised by Clayton Sauceda of Bloomfield, MO. Anse is action packed and quick, but calm in the pen and easy going around the house. In thick coons, there are few hounds that can rack up the points like Anse. He has tons of hussle, brains to match, and he is pretty easy on the eyes. The main reason we bred Stormy to Anse was due to the fact that he has crossed so well on so many different females. He is a great compliment to Stormy. Backwater Little Anse, Backwater Cap, and Backwater Cane are three very explosive examples of his prowess in the breeding pen. The pups out of Stormy and Anse will be exceptional.

Jubal is from an all grand nite pedigree with multiple world champions, including the famed cross between X Jr and Insane Jane. His pedigree reads like a who's who in the Walker Breed and includes heavy Coma breeding to compliment Stormy's Coma lineage on top. Bones is a direct son to Doug Compton's Backwater Bone Collector, and is owned by John Brockenbush of Rockdale, TX. He has sired multiple winners with several different females. He has X Jr and Wipeout Zack (aka: Moose) on his bottom side, as well as Spring Creek Rock. Bones has won in both PKC and UKC and his pups have a history of being very natural, and early starters. He has crossed very well with females similarly bred as Smidge, and the Wipout Zack & Spring Creek Rock common denominator is one of the main reasons for this cross. "Smidge" is a direct daughter of Tree Slamin Cloud and out of one of the best reproducing females I have ever owned, named "Misty". The Cloud x Misty cross was made 3 times and never failed to produce outstanding dogs. Misty was off my dual grand female, Shadow and Kenneth Hemphill's Mo, a direct son of Wipeout Zack (aka: Moose). Smidge is the loudest female I have ever owned and is often the loudest dog in the woods in competition. She has a screaming bawl mouth on track, a HUGE locate, and a chop mouth at the tree. Like her ancestors, she is extremely accurate and has won most of her hunts by having the meat when the other dogs have circled trees. She handles like a dream, rarely ever makes a sound in the kennel, and yet has more hustle and drive than most. She earned her dual grand champion title in July of '23.
